Effective invasive species management requires accurate records of species presence and control efforts. Data collected in the field should be incorporated with collective database inventories to inform management decisions and the coordination of treatments across jurisdictions. The 4-County CWMA recommends all organizations follow the standardized data collection procedures outlined by the mapping and data committee.
