On August 16th we will explore some of Clark County's most interesting management sites to celebrate this year's Field Day! This year we will kick things off at Vancouver Lake, where we will wake up with some coffee before exploring watermilfoil mitigation efforts along the lake's southern bank. Then we will refuel at Camp Bonneville before embarking on a site visit where we will discuss forestry, noxious weeds, and selective herbicide use. Finally, we will end with an optional happy hour at the Thirsty Sasquatch to kick back and enjoy the sunshine before heading home from a fulfilling day.
For those who are able and feel comfortable, we recommend carpooling as we jump from site to site.
