Field Day 2023: Clark County
Every year we head out into the field to immerse ourselves and celebrate the hard work of our CWMA partners. Wednesday, August 16th we will head out to explore some of Clark County’s weediest efforts. This year we will kick things off at Vancouver Lake, where we will wake up with some coffee before exploring watermilfoil mitigation efforts along the lake’s southern bank. Then we will refuel at Camp Bonneville before embarking on a site visit where we will discuss forestry, noxious weeds, and selective herbicide use. Finally, we will end with an optional happy hour at the Thirsty Sasquatch to kick back and enjoy the sunshine before heading home from a fulfilling day.
The event is free, but space is limited so sign up early cause this is an event you won’t want to miss!
